The Board of Directors elected Richard Smith to the office of President on June 18, 2012.  Richard is affliated with Alexandria Soccer and has served as their club rep for several years.  He has also served as the NCSL Vice President and has been active on the Executive Committee.  The NCSL membership enthusiastically welcomes Richard  to his new position and looks forward to his leadership and guidance.
