NCSL STAR Program
All available classes are listed below. The fee for the STAR Course is $70.00, which is due the day of the course. Checks should be payable to "Maryland Soccer Referees". This fee covers both the course fee ($25.00) and the USSF annual registration fee ($45.00). This is payable by check, money order or cash (sorry, no charges).

STAR Recertification Classes
For a complete list of recertification classes in Virginia, go to the Metro DC/VA State Referee website, http://www.vadcsoccerref.com/, and click on "Clinic Listing (View Only)".
In Maryland, referees needing to recertify should enroll in any New STAR Class listed above, or take a recertification class in Virginia.
As a reminder, a STAR is a certified Grade 12 referee. Choose a recertification class where Grade 12 is listed in the Grade column.
