Opening on VYSA Board
The NCSL, as well as the other large leagues in Virginia, has the opportunity to appoint a Commissioner to serve on the Board of Directors. Debi Honaker, NCSL Vice President previously served in this capacity. At the last Board meeting the current serving Secretary of the Board stepped down and Debi was voted to serve as the Secretary. Since she cannot hold more than one position on the Board she stepped down as the NCSL Commissioner.
I am currently searching for an individual who is interested in representing the league and serving as the NCSL Commissioner. This is an interesting, challenging, and fun position. The VYSA Board of Directors normally meets monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month in Richmond.
