The NCSL Board of Directors requires that a representative from each new team be present at this meeting.  Any team that has not played NCSL for the past two seasons is considered a new team.  It is suggested that any new administrators from existing teams also attend this meeting as the information will prove invaluable in team league management. 

NOTE: A person may only represent ONE team and new teams that fail to send a representative could incur in a fine.
